Tata Buzzard H7X SUV Comprehensive In Official Pictures And TVC

After teasing the SUV for several days in the end, Tata took wraps off their flagship automobile, Buzzard. Codenamed H7X, Buzzard will sit over the Harrier and Hexa at the business line-up once launched. Hexa is going to be discontinued. But Tata Motors hasn’t confirmed these reports. Another point to be mentioned, is named Buzzard, is just being used for Europe.

In India, it is going to get a different name. Tata can’t use Harrier name in Europe, as Toyota sells an automobile named Harrier. Mr. Guenter Butschek, CEO & MD Tata Motors stated that the firm had honored its promise made last year with the launch of five new vehicles – Altroz, EV Altroz, Buzzard Geneva Edition, Buzzard Sports Geneva Edition, and H2X Concept, that was the showstopper of the event. All five cars have top-notch design and technology plus they emphasize the global aspirations of Tata Motors. Tata Buzzard measures 4661 millimeters in length, 1894 millimeters in width with a wheelbase of 2741 mm.

These dimensions are given or take comparable to that of Harrier. Then how did Tata figure out how to offer seven seats? Well, boot space was jeopardized to make way for 3rd row 3, like may be seen in the picture below. From the front, Tata Buzzard looks comparable to Harrier. But it’s in the back, where the two vehicles get their very own identities. Powering the seven-seater Tata Buzzard will be much more strong version of the 2.0-liter Kryotec diesel engine that powers Harrier. On board the Buzzard, this motor will provide about 170 PS, as compared with 140 PS on Harrier.

Output torque will remain the same at 350 Nm. Aside From this, Buzzard will also acquire new transmission choice, in the shape of 6-speed automatic gearbox, in addition to 6-speed manual gearbox. Also on offer might be AWD and sunroof. See the official TVC of Tata Buzzard below. Tata Buzzard sits on bigger 19 inches machine cut tone alloys. However, it continues to be seen if these are available when the vehicle is found in India. More details about Tata Buzzard is going to be shown later. For the time being, have a look at the complete pictures in the gallery below.
